These Terms of Sale (in French, “Conditions Générales de Vente” or CGV) explain how you can buy digital 3D model files on cybermake.co, what you get, and what your rights are. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
The shop cybermake.co (“Cyber Make”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Cybermake SAS, a company registered in France.
You can reach us at any time through our contact page at https://cybermake.co/contact/. We aim to reply as quickly as we can.
These terms apply to every order placed on cybermake.co. They cover sales to consumers (people buying for personal use) and, where stated, to business buyers.
The version of these terms that applies to your order is the one shown on the website on the day you place it. We may update these terms from time to time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
We sell downloadable digital files, mainly STL 3D models, that you print yourself on your own 3D printer. We do not ship physical products.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any taxes that apply to your order, such as VAT, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. These are outside our control.
Payments are handled securely by the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.
Your order is final once payment is accepted. We then send you an order confirmation by email. Please keep it, as it also holds your download links.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a payment problem or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, we refund any amount you paid.
Your files are available right after payment is confirmed. You can download them:
Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or a time limit. We recommend saving your files in a safe place once downloaded. If a link stops working or you cannot download a file, contact us through our contact page and we will help.
Under EU and French consumer law, consumers who buy online usually have 14 days to change their mind and cancel a purchase without giving a reason. This is called the right of withdrawal.
French law makes an exception for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, “Code de la consommation”). The right of withdrawal does not apply when supply has started with the consumer’s express prior consent and the consumer has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
Because our files are available for download immediately after payment, we ask you at checkout to:
We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email. Once you have given this consent and the files are made available, you cannot cancel the order under the withdrawal right.
We still want you to be happy with what you buy. If a file is defective, corrupted, will not open, or does not match its description, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Tell us your order number and what is wrong. We will fix the file, replace it, or refund you.
This promise is in addition to your legal rights described in section 8. It does not replace or reduce them.
If you are a consumer, French law gives you a legal guarantee that the digital content you buy matches its description and works as it should (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).
To use this guarantee, contact us through our contact page.
When you buy a file, you get a personal licence to use it. You do not buy the copyright or the design itself.
You may:
You may not:
If you would like to sell prints, please ask us through our contact page. We will tell you if and on what terms this is possible.
If you break these licence rules, we may end your licence and take any action allowed by law.
All files, renders, photos, texts and other content on cybermake.co are protected by intellectual property laws. They belong to Cybermake SAS or to the people who licensed them to us. Except for the licence described in section 9, no rights are transferred to you.
We take care to provide files that work as described. However, 3D printing involves your own equipment and choices, so:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under the law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. Nothing limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We need some personal data to process your order and provide your downloads. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
If you have a problem, please contact us first through our contact page. Most issues can be solved quickly this way.
If we cannot solve it together, and you are a consumer, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). Details of our consumer mediator are available on request via the contact page.
These terms are governed by French law.
If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. You may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, as the law allows.
