Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

• All our products are digital files (STL and other 3D model files). Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
• Delivery is instant: after payment, the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Free models download directly from the product page, without checkout.
• If you did not receive your download link, check your spam folder or email us and we will send it again.

Refunds

• If a file is broken, corrupted or not as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the file, replace it or refund you in full.
• Because files are delivered instantly, by placing your order you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available, as allowed by EU consumer law. This does not affect your right to a refund for a faulty file.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
